Meet Helious Andere, a guy who's a little far out there. Where is he? Nobody knows.

So he's a user of storm magic as you can see~ (at least I hope it's obvious) and I guess all that lightning fried his brain at some point.

(But he can also manipulate snow storms, hail storms, tornadoes, idk he's just one weatherman motherfucker)

I have a lot of characters I've gotta introduce here ouo But I especially love Helious because I've always liked the "crazy" characters so~ He's a lot of fun to draw ^^
