This is Laustere's mother Athena. c:
There's kind of a lot that goes with that, but I won't get into detail.
Like the Athena of mythology, she's the goddess of wisdom, courage, inspiration, civilization, law and justice, just warfare, mathematics, strength, strategy, the arts, crafts, and skill. (Source: [link]) (I usually don't trust Wikipedia but all of those things were perfect for her and Laustere so w/e)
Anyway, none of the godly genes were passed down to Laustere, so he's just your regular angel. .....With an unnaturally adept level of solving puzzles and a few other things. I think the only thing he doesn't have that his mother is goddess of would be courage. XD (At least that's what it seems like, ohohohoho.)
